Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

 

Refunds Policy

You should expect to receive your refund within 15 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



Shipping


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will charge flat rate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Free Shipping on International Orders with Purchase of $35 and up

International orders over $35 will be shipped for free via International USPS Standard(14-21 days). Shipping costs reflected on the chart do not include customs brokerage fees and other related tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the package recipient. If a package is refused and returned to us for any reasons, the customer will be responsible for all incurred shipping fees.

 

International Returns & Exchanges

For our international customers we now accept returns and exchanges. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the return shipping cost. In the event your package is damaged during shipping, let us know right away so we can file a claim with the carrier. We will either ship you a replacement or issue a refund after the claim is granted.

 

Note: Importer of Record

The recipient is the importer of records and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations for the destination country. When our customer places an order with Fappac.com, they authorize our customs broker to act as their agent to clear merchandise and process all applicable duties, fees and taxes.
